Does Turtle Bay in Glasgow add a discretionary service charge?

Question

Accepted Answer

Only for larger groups — Turtle Bay in Glasgow adds a discretionary service charge of 10% to bigger tables. Checked against the restaurant's own published information on 2026-09-02. Turtle Bay's own Fair Share Policy page states this branch does not automatically add a service charge, except for parties of 4 or more, where a discretionary 10% is added. Service charges are always optional under UK consumer law — you can ask for it to be removed.
