Does Pho add a service charge?

Pho's own 2026 menus tell diners to ask staff or check their receipt for its service charge policy, and its FAQ doesn't say whether a charge is added, so the policy itself isn't published.

If you've been charged one at a Pho branch, you can add a report on that branch's page so other diners know.
